Application Information

Dosage: Apply 500 ml to 2 kg of chemical at 2-4% or bag of 50 kg cement. Dosage may vary depending on the field.

Compatibility: Al-Camy Paver Block Hardener 777 admixture may be used in combination with any Al-Camy admixture. When used in conjunction with other admixtures, each admixture must be dispensed separately into the mixture.

Caution

• Al-Camy Paver Block Hardener 777 must be stored where temperatures do not drop below +5°C. If product has frozen thaw and agitate until completely reconstituted. Store under cover, out of direct sunlight and protect from extremes of temperatures.
• Al-Camy Paver Block Hardener 777 is not a fire or health hazard. Spillages should be washed down immediately with cold water. For further information refer to the material safety data sheet.

Description

Al-Camy Super Latex 555 is a synthetic rubber emulsion which when added to cement slurry / cement mortar / concrete / grout provides a good adhesion and water resistance. It comes in the form of a milky liquid. It is fully soluble in water and is to be added directly to the gauging water of mortar / concrete / cementitious grout.

Al-Camy Super latex 555 is a multipurpose repair mortar and Waterproofing SBR latex. It can used in the following.

Application Information

Application Instructions

Pre-treatment: Clean and dry, homogeneous, free from oils and grease, dust and loose or friable particles. Paint, Cement laitance, old coatings and any other contaminants. Cementitious substrates should be pre-saturated surface dry with clean water.

Mixing: Al-Camy Super Latex 555 is to be added to cement / cement mortar / concrete / grout depending on the type of application as per the table above. Mixing of diluted Al-Camy Super Latex 555 to cement mortar should preferably be done manually by volume as per the table. Please note that when a Waterproofing Slurry or Bonding Coat is to be prepared Cement is to be added in the Polymer for getting consistent mixture.

The Al-Camy Max saline guard is a salt-resistant chemical, highly effective in preventing salinity that reduces the life of the building through the carbonization process. This chemical can protect the brick wall, plaster surface, concrete surface from major damage. Since it acts as a partial automatic cure, it can easily reduce plaster cracking.

Al-Camy Quickly Strong 953 is a multipurpose liquid plasticizing admixture for concrete & mortar, Imparts high work ability and reduces in water content. It produces energy quickly in a concrete mixture. This allows the concrete to harden faster, helping to achieve better strength in combination of quick setting of mortar and concrete.

If the work is delayed due to excess water, it can be used to make the concrete freeze faster and also to make the concrete freeze faster in any situation.

Application Information

Dosage: Optimum dosages of Al-Camy Quickly Strong 953 should be determined with trial mix. Our recommend dosages is 200 ml to 500 ml per 50 kg. Cementitious material in high performance concrete, dosages will change subject of prior site trials.

Compatibility: Al-Camy Quickly Strong 953 is compatible with most admixture used in the production of quality concrete including mid-range & high-range water reducing admixture, airentrainers, accelerators, corrosion inhibitors and shrinkage reducers.

Caution

Al-Camy Quickly Strong 953 has no toxic ingredients (it has no harmful chemical). if it accidentally gets in the mouth or eye wash with fresh water.

Usage

Al-Camy Max Waterproof 101 is a chemical effective in increasing the strength of concrete and can be used in the following.

• Masonry and many other purposes.

Application Information

Dosage: 200-300 ml per 50 kg of cement per bag. May vary if required.

Compatibility: Compatible with all types of cement and cementitious materials.

Application Instrcution

• Mix cement, aggregates and sand and dry mix.
• Add 50-70 % of required water and mix the mass to make it moist.
• Add the Max Waterproof 101 to the remaining water and pour it in the mixing drum and mix the entire quantity for approx. 3 minutes to achieve homogenousmix.
• Pour the mixture on a tray and use as per requirement and lay the concrete.
• Cure as per normal procedure by ponding / curing compound.
